The Eleven Scores, In Detail

What each domain’s Readiness Score actually measures.

A master-data operation typically spans eleven domains. Each has a different execution challenge, but all of them need the same trusted foundations:

  • A visible data condition — you can see where each record actually stands, not guess at it
  • Consistent execution — the same check applied the same way, every time, regardless of who’s running it
  • Connected ownership — the score points to a named person, not a department
  • The ability to scale — adding a twelfth domain doesn’t mean building a new product

Every domain gets its own Readiness Score, but all eleven inherit the same anatomy — only what’s scored, and against what, changes.

One product. Eleven scores, each with its own record, its own dimensions, its own critical controls — but never a new product to build.
